He was very impressed at my university results so he told me to go and that he was satisfied with knowing that I was an exceptional student in nursing. But as I was about to open the door to leave the office, he called me back.

As I walked confidently back to him he told me that it occurred to him that I had been working with the administrative arm of nursing for 10 years and that he was told to screen everyone to ensure that they are clinically qualified. I gave him a nod and then he went on to ask me a few procedures and to my greatest surprise I couldn’t remember anything up to simple nursing tenses.
